Scope and proposal

The exact service, deliverables, timing, revisions and price are confirmed in writing before work begins. Website prices are starting prices unless a fixed package is expressly agreed.

Payment and cancellation

Payment milestones and cancellation terms are stated in the proposal. Work already completed and non-refundable third-party costs remain payable.

Implementation and external costs

Agreed listing-content implementation may be included in the selected service. Photography, purchases, paid tools, travel, accommodation and renovation work are separate unless explicitly included.

Concept visuals

Portfolio “after” images may be concept visualisations used to communicate feasible styling direction. They are not construction drawings or guarantees of an identical finished result.

Results

We provide research-informed recommendations but cannot guarantee search position, occupancy, pricing, reviews or revenue. Results depend on market conditions, property quality, operations and implementation.
