How quickly will I receive the work?
Listing Check is normally delivered within 7 working days and Stay Refresh within 10 working days after we receive complete access and information. Larger projects receive their own schedule.
Are revisions included?
Listing packages include one consolidated revision round. Larger space or multi-property projects define review stages in the proposal.
Is VAT included?
Prices are shown in euros. The final proposal confirms the applicable tax treatment for your location and project.
What costs are separate?
Travel, accommodation, professional photography, purchases, paid tools and renovation work are quoted or approved separately.
How do payments and cancellations work?
The proposal confirms payment milestones and cancellation terms. Work already completed and non-refundable external costs remain payable.
